FreeYond M5 5G Water Damage Cleaning Service (Chemical Wash) removes accessible liquid residue and supports inspection of corrosion-related damage. It is a cleaning service, not a guarantee that the device or every damaged function will be restored. Any additional diagnosis, repair or component replacement is assessed separately.
What to do immediately after liquid exposure
- Switch the phone off if it can be done normally.
- Disconnect the cable and do not test charging.
- Remove the SIM tray only if it can be done without forcing the phone.
- Keep the device still and bring it for inspection as soon as practical.
- Do not heat the phone, press the buttons repeatedly or place it in rice.
A dry exterior does not mean the inside is safe. Conductive residue can remain below connectors and shields, and powering the phone can accelerate corrosion or create a short circuit.
Chemical Wash and follow-up assessment
Liquid may enter around the charging port, speaker openings, side keys, camera area or broken screen. The Chemical Wash follows the visible liquid path and removes accessible residue.
