An OPPO Watch that will not power on, restarts repeatedly or remains stuck during start-up may have a battery, display, charging or motherboard fault. This service begins with diagnosis so the failed component can be identified before board-level work is recommended.
Typical repair time: about 4–6 hours for straightforward faults. CPU or more complex motherboard problems may require 1–3 days or longer. Repairability and final cost depend on the affected circuit and parts. Checking is provided, with no repair charge if the watch cannot be repaired. Data recovery and retention cannot be guaranteed.

OPPO Watch faults that may require motherboard diagnosis

- Charging or power faults that continue after battery checks
These symptoms do not automatically mean the motherboard is damaged. The battery, charging path, display and buttons should be checked first because they can cause similar behaviour.
What motherboard repair involves
Diagnosis identifies the affected circuit before repair is attempted. Depending on the fault, work may involve cleaning corrosion, repairing connections or replacing a failed board-level component. Severe CPU, corrosion or multilayer-board damage may not be repairable. You will be advised of the diagnosis and repair option before additional work begins.
Smartwatch information is often synchronised to a paired phone or cloud account, but data retention or recovery cannot be promised during motherboard repair.
Water-resistance after repair
Opening the watch breaks the original factory seal. A new seal is applied during reassembly, but the original water-resistance rating cannot be guaranteed. After repair, avoid swimming, showering and direct tap-water exposure. Liquid damage is not covered under the repair warranty.
