After liquid exposure, switch off the OPPO Watch if possible and do not charge it, press the buttons repeatedly or use heat to dry it. Chemical cleaning is intended to remove moisture residue and corrosion from affected internal areas before further damage develops.
Typical service time: about 2–4 hours. More serious corrosion may require 1–2 days or longer. Cleaning does not guarantee that the watch will recover; damaged battery, display or motherboard parts may need separate repair. Checking is provided, with no repair charge if the watch cannot be repaired. The original water-resistance rating cannot be guaranteed after opening.

What to do after your OPPO Watch gets wet
- Switch it off if it is safe and still responding
- Do not connect the charger
- Do not repeatedly press the buttons
- Do not use a hair dryer, oven or direct heat
- Arrange an inspection as soon as practical
Even if the watch appears to work, moisture and minerals can remain inside and cause corrosion later.
What chemical cleaning can and cannot do
The watch is opened and inspected for moisture, residue and corrosion. A chemical wash cleans affected internal areas and connections. Cleaning can improve the chance of recovery, but it cannot reverse damage to a failed battery, display, sensor or motherboard component. Additional parts or board repair may be required and will be discussed separately.
Because the outcome depends on the liquid, exposure time and corrosion level, successful recovery and data retention cannot be guaranteed.
Water-resistance after repair
Opening the watch breaks the original factory seal. A new seal is applied during reassembly, but the original water-resistance rating cannot be guaranteed. After repair, avoid swimming, showering and direct tap-water exposure. Liquid damage is not covered under the repair warranty.
