What You Need to Know
Estimated Chemical Wash Service Time: Around 1–3 hours, depending on the device condition, extent of liquid exposure, cleaning requirements and inspection findings. This timing applies to the cleaning service only; additional diagnosis or repair may require more time.
Service Fee: Chemical Wash is a chargeable service. Its fee is separate from any additional repair or replacement charges that may be required after inspection.
No Fix, No Charge: This policy does not apply to the completed Chemical Wash service fee because the customer is paying for the cleaning service performed.
Warranty: No Warranty. Cleaning does not guarantee full repair, long-term stability or prevention of future corrosion.
Payment: All service fees are in SGD. We accept Cash, PayNow, PayLah!, CDC Vouchers (general vouchers, excluding supermarket vouchers), and Visa/Mastercard. An additional service charge applies to Visa/Mastercard payments.

FreeYond F9S Water Damage Cleaning Service (Chemical Wash) removes accessible liquid residue and corrosion inside the phone so its condition can be assessed. It is a cleaning service, not a promise that every liquid-damaged component or the whole device can be restored.
Switch the phone off and avoid repeated charging tests
A wet F9S may continue operating before corrosion or conductive residue causes delayed faults. Turn it off, disconnect accessories and avoid a hair dryer, rice or repeated power attempts. Liquid can enter around the USB-C connection, side keys, camera area or damaged screen and then affect more than one circuit.
Cleaning and additional repair are separate decisions
Chemical Wash is chargeable and is estimated at around 1–3 hours for the cleaning service only. After cleaning, charging, display, camera, button and boot behaviour can be checked. A corroded connection may still require F9S charging-port repair, while board damage may need F9S motherboard diagnosis. Any additional work is assessed separately.
Tell us when the files are the priority
If the phone no longer starts and important photos or files are inaccessible, avoid factory resetting, flashing, restoring or erasing it. FreeYond F9S Data Recovery has a different goal from cleaning or restoring long-term device function.
What Chemical Wash cannot promise
Cleaning cannot guarantee full repair, recovery of every component, long-term stability, successful data access or prevention of future corrosion. The completed Chemical Wash fee remains chargeable and carries no warranty, even when additional repair is not practical.

No. Rice cannot remove trapped minerals or corrosion from connectors and board areas inside the phone.
How long does F9S Chemical Wash take?
