Tell us when the files matter most
If retrieving documents or photos is more important than restoring the laptop, tell us before work begins. Data access depends on the storage condition and encryption. Cleaning is not a data-recovery guarantee, and any separate recovery work has no warranty.
Do not repeatedly power the wet laptop to copy files, and do not approve formatting or Windows reinstallation until the data plan is agreed. Bring details of the spill and any symptoms without attempting further power tests.

Yes, arrange an assessment rather than continue using it. Switch off and stop charging when safe. Moisture or residue can remain even when the laptop appears normal.
Will cleaning definitely make it work again?

Do I pay if the laptop cannot be fixed?
