A cracked, loose or separated rear cover can allow dust and moisture to reach your OPPO Watch. This service replaces the damaged back cover after the model, frame and surrounding components have been checked. If impact damage also affects the display, frame or internal parts, the technician will explain any additional repair before work begins.
Typical repair time: about 4–6 hours. More complex damage may require 1–2 days or longer. Checking is provided, with no repair charge if the watch cannot be repaired. Opening the watch breaks its factory seal; a new seal is applied, but the original water-resistance rating cannot be guaranteed.

When an OPPO Watch back cover replacement is suitable
Back-cover replacement is intended for a rear panel that is cracked, chipped, loose or no longer seated correctly. It can help protect the internal components from dust and everyday contact, but it does not repair faults in the screen, battery, frame or motherboard.

What happens during the repair
The watch is inspected to confirm the correct model and check whether the frame is bent. The damaged rear cover is removed, the fitting surface is cleaned and the compatible replacement is installed. Basic power, charging and button functions are checked after reassembly. If the frame or internal components are damaged, you will be advised before additional work is carried out.
Water-resistance after repair
Opening the watch breaks the original factory seal. A new seal is applied during reassembly, but the original water-resistance rating cannot be guaranteed. After repair, avoid swimming, showering and direct tap-water exposure. Liquid damage is not covered under the repair warranty.
