Are you having trouble with your iPhone 6S volume buttons?
When you meet with issues in the volume buttons of your phone, this causes disruption as you will not be able to adjust audio loudness, take screenshots or even find yourself with a frozen phone. This can be due to major hardware problems or just a small software glitch.
What To Do When Volume Buttons Stop Working
Try pressing the volume control up and down. If this gets the volume button working again, it indicates a loose internal connection. Although this may solve your problem temporarily, it can show up again and require technical help.
In the meantime, try Assistive Touch. This doesn’t fix your problem, but will allow you to adjust the volume of your iPhone. Go to Settings>General>Accessibility and turn on Assistive Touch. Send it for repair when you are ready and available to fix your phone.
