Description
Cleaning, component repair and data recovery are different services
A Chemical Wash addresses the cleaning work agreed after assessment. It does not automatically repair every damaged component, restore normal operation or recover your files. Explain the exposure, any later charging or power attempts, and what the phone now does.
Where a board fault is involved, motherboard repair is separate. If files matter most, discuss data recovery before agreeing to work. A problem concentrated at the cable connection may also require charging port assessment.
Understand the limits before proceeding
The Fold7’s original rating is IP48, not a guarantee against liquid damage. Do not rely on that rating after wear, damage or repair, and do not use charging tests, forced heat or rice as a repair method.
The completed cleaning service is excluded from No Fix, No Charge. Its fee remains payable even if further repairs are needed or the phone does not recover. Confirm any additional work separately. The cleaning service has no warranty and does not guarantee long-term stability or successful recovery of data.
