Cleaning Fee: This is a chargeable cleaning service. No Fix, No Charge does not apply once the agreed cleaning is completed. Any additional repairs are quoted separately.
Device Protection: The Samsung Z Fold 6 has an original IP48 rating. This does not mean it cannot suffer water damage. Water resistance after wear, damage or repair is not guaranteed.
Data & Backup: We do not intentionally delete your data during this repair. Your data normally stays on the phone, but important files should still be backed up when it is safe to do so.

Singapura Mobile Repair provides Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6 Chemical Wash in Singapore after water or other liquid gets inside. We clean dirt and liquid residue from the affected areas. Cleaning is not the same as replacing damaged parts, and it does not guarantee that the phone will work again.

Rain and Splashes Can Also Cause Damage
The phone does not have to fall fully into water to develop a problem. Rain or a splash near an opening can affect sound, charging or other functions. The phone may work at first and fail later. If it stops working after cleaning, the timing alone does not tell us what caused the fault.
The Samsung Z Fold 6’s original rating is IP48, but water resistance is not permanent. Wear, damage and previous repairs can affect its protection. After cleaning or repair, we cannot guarantee the original seal or water resistance.
Stop charging after liquid exposure. Do not repeatedly try to switch the phone on, apply heat or put it in rice. Do not press or open the phone yourself to remove moisture. Tell us what happened instead of repeatedly testing a wet phone.
Cleaning and Part Replacement Are Separate Services
Cleaning will not fix every damaged part. A faulty speaker may need Samsung Z Fold 6 speaker repair, a damaged charging port may need Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6 charging port repair, and a motherboard fault may need Samsung Z Fold 6 motherboard repair. These repairs are separate from Chemical Wash.

Tell us before cleaning if your photos or work files are important. Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6 no-power data recovery is a separate service for getting files from a phone that cannot power on. Cleaning and data recovery are different jobs. Neither guarantees that every file can be recovered.
